Our promise to you - you won't find these fabulous towels in any store - and once you have them, you'll never go back to "off the shelf" brands.
We do not have a warehouse full of "custom dyed towels in your salon colors." All towels are hand dyed, and the process is started 24 hours after we received confirmation from PayPal. You have until that time (24 hours) to change your mind (choice of colors) or to cancel your order. We regret we cannot offer refunds - unless the product is deemed defective.
